Supreme Court to hear online gambling case
FRANKFORT, Ky. — Online gambling proponents say Gov. Steve Beshear is moving against a national tide with his effort to block Kentuckians from visiting Internet casinos.

VIDEO: Streaming Videos of SCOKY arguments posted at Kentucky Court Report

Can't promise if we can do it again, but we got lucky in December and obtained 3 of the videos of the Supreme Court of Kentucky's oral arguments.  January was even better as we got all 8 oral arguments (with two small technical glitches).

Even  if we never post another video, there will be at least 11 samples of SCOKY arguments and appearances to offer you some mentoring and assistance in preparing for your appellate arguments.

They have been converted to "streaming" video and are available at Kentucky Court Report.  I thank my daughter Erin Scobee for her invaluable assistance in doing much of this technical work.  She is a "virtual assistant" and although she concentrates on realtors, she is one heckuva a technical person for web and graphics design work (http://www.versassist.com).

We have converted them to "Quicktime" format as most Windows programs are equipped with this feature program from Apple.  Give them about 15 seconds to load and start streaming.
