Kentucky Court Report Unofficial blog of Kentucky Court of Appeals and Supreme Court decisions, minutes, argument calendars and news - maintained as a public service by Louisville injury attorney Michael Stevens with law firm of Isaacs and Isaacs
Sorry. Got a little behind. But here are links to our "sister" blog the Kentucky Court Report which focuses more in appellate decisions from the Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court of Kentucky.
The Kentucky Court Report is a blog so you can automatically get the RSS feeds through an RSS reader or through Google Reader - just as you can at the Kentucky Law Review Blog. In addition, the Kentucky Court Report has an email facility for those not amenable to RSS.
Note: What is the definition of insanity? Doing the same thing and expecting a different result. Well, I was insane this morning. Turned on the computer to watch the 9:00 am arguments to record, kept clicking away every few minutes until I finally made a phone call to the AOC and was told by the front desk the arguments were cancelled. The young lady answering the phone was on top of it - she looked it up and answered my question in less than a minute!
However, the AOC did not have the cancellation posted on the default page or under the "Live" link but rather had apparently updated their Arguments page (PDF) sometime AFTER I had clicked on it at about 8:55 am this morning.
