Selling insurance is not just huffing and puffing but a promise of security and safety.
Why not, with such names as "Safeco", "Safe Auto", etc.
And such mottos and lines as "Good hands", "on your side", etc.
So when you buy the coverage, then you expect a certain amount of competence and professionalism. Right?
Of course, this might not apply to cost conscience internet only sales.
