Family of Louisville mother sues Sts. Mary & Elizabeth Hospital after flash flooding

The family of a Louisville mother of three is suing Jewish Hospital & St. Mary's HealthCare, Sts. Mary & Elizabeth Hospital and doctor groups, saying she couldn't get needed surgery because inpatient operating rooms at Sts. Mary & Elizabeth weren't available in time after last year's flash flooding.
