FRANKFORT, Ky. -- The public is invited to a groundbreaking ceremony for the planned Todd County Judicial Center on Friday, Oct. 16, at 1 p.m. CDT. The event will take place at 204 W. Main St. in Elkton.
The Kentucky General Assembly authorized the judicial center project for Todd County in 2006 and approved funding in 2008. The total project cost is $9.5 million. The building will be approximately 30,894 square feet.
