PROPOSED RULE CHANGES: "Proposed Changes to Advertising Regulations"

The Kentucky Bar Association Board of Governors approved the proposed regulations on July 19, 2008, subject to the review and consideration of comments from the membership. Members wishing to comment on the proposed regulations must do so in writing no later than December 15, 2008.
