Supreme Court Justice Stephen Breyer - May 6, 2008

Stephen G. Breyer, associate justice of the Supreme Court, took his seat in 1994. His book Active Liberty is based on the Tanner lectures on Human Values that Justice Breyer delivered at Harvard University in November 2004. In it, Justice Breyer argues that the Constitution’s lasting brilliance is that its principles may adapt to cope with current sitations. (courtesy: Kentucky Author Forum).
