NOTE: Some of the links in the Minutes for this week are 'bad' in that there is an extraneous "%20" just before the ".pdf" in the URL or link to the decision. When you click on the link to the decision you will get a page not found. Just delete the "%20" in the browser address bar and click again and you should pull up the full text of the decision. Sorry, but I do not know how to correct the links in an Adobe PDF document...... yet.
