Andrew Wolfson has a story today in the Courier Journal about the legal travails of the for-profit school. This story has made the press before in other papers:
In a rebellion against their dean -- who is also the school's majority stockholder -- more than 30 students have joined in a federal lawsuit charging that Dean Paul Hendrick and other administrators conspired "to enrich themselves at the expense of students."

Hey folks, I did not even know there was a law school in WESTERN Kentucky much less a class action lawsuit filed against its administration by students whose attorney is Tom Osborne who is part owner of the private law school and until recently was the board chairman for the school.
