McDonald's (and not their lawyers) have been sanctioned for violating a discovery order in the upcoming trial involving Louise Ogburn's suit against McDonald's jn Bullitt County for the strip search inflicted upon her while an employee and which was inflicted upon her by her supervisors.
Andrew Wolfson reports on this event with the trial scheduled to begin next week - McDonald's sanctioned in strip-search case.
Senior Judge Tom McDonald said Wednesday that the company either engaged in "plausible deniability" or deliberately "hid the ball from the court, opposing counsel and its own lawyers" when it failed to disclose at least four prior hoaxes at other McDonald's restaurants around the country.
As an FYI, the judge is no relation to the Defendant McDonald's or to Ronald, either.
