Three suspended lawyers must repay at least $42 million to more than 416 former clients who were part of a $200 million Boone Circuit Court diet-drug settlement, a judge ruled this week.
Special Judge William Wehr ruled Wednesday that former Lexington lawyers Melbourne Mills, Shirley Cunningham Jr. and William Gallion should repay their clients $42 million, plus 8 percent interest.
