2007 Legislatuer: Comair Crash Widows Charge Legislature With Deliberately Stopping Legislation to allow for survivors' claim for loss of compansionship for death of spouse

5191 widows charge bill deliberately stalled [HERALD LEADER]
Two women who lost their husbands in the crash of Comair Flight 5191 yesterday angrily charged that Senate leaders are deliberately killing legislation that would allow spouses to sue for loss of companionship.
