This story made the on-line version of the Courier-Journal's RSS feeds but was hidden away inside and under the fold without much of a headline in the printed edition:
Blogger Mark Nickolas, who runs BluegrassReport.org, has sued Gov. Ernie Fletcher and other administration officials for barring access to his Web site from state workers' computers.
This was a curious location for a story which has First Amendment implications even though it dealt with a competing news media.
