Louisville attorney Jennifer Moore has already taken on such hot political issues as Seum-Stephenson/Woodward Senatorial election dispute, plus the dispute over the clerk exams when the state sought to change the rules and disallow some candidates' ballot access..
Now, it looks like she may be jumping in on a First Amendment censorship issue involved the Fletcher administration's selective censorship of blogs and their access by state workers.

FRANKFORT -- Kentucky's government has lifted a ban on state workers viewing at least one blog Web site but not others, which has sparked a Democratic Web site publisher to threaten legal action. [ . . . ]Nickolas [editor of www.Bluegrassreport.org, one of the sites 'censored' by the Fletcher administration] has enlisted the help of Louisville attorney Jennifer Moore to review whether to file a lawsuit against the state for violating the First Amendment, which provides for freedom of speech.
