Stumbo: Substitute justices shouldn't hear hiring case

Both have given to Fletcher campaigns

FRANKFORT, Ky. -- Two substitute Supreme Court justices appointed by Gov. Ernie Fletcher to hear a case involving the state hiring investigation should disqualify themselves because they have been contributors to Fletcher's past campaigns, Attorney General Greg Stumbo said yesterday.
